All user(s) of Konzortia Capital’s services (the “User(s)) (services provided through the following website (the “Site”) are covered by this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Konzortia Capital reserves the right to update and/or amend this Privacy Policy, in its sole discretion; therefore, please be advised to check Privacy Policy from time to time in case as such, Konzortia Capital will release user information update (the “Release”) and any further engagement with Konzortia Capital upon such Release shall mean that the user(s) have accepted the amended/updated Privacy Policy

System Emails
As part of the normal functions of the Konzortia Capital Platform, we will send you email notices regarding your profile information on the Site. We will try to keep these emails limited to a minimum and only necessary.
Konzortia Capital will send you system generated emails, information regarding policies of the Platform and/or promotional materials (the “Communications”). These Communications may begin during the registration process and continue while your account remains active on the Konzortia Capital platform.
Internet
As part of our efforts to provide better services to Konzortia Capital users, Konzortia Capital collects certain information related to the Internet and/or your computer. For us to analyze trends and provide superior service to our users, Konzortia Capital retrieves the web address (URL) of both the website that you visited directly before and directly after visiting the Konzortia Capital site. We also receive information about your personal computer such as the unique IP address. Konzortia Capital also follows a standard practice of using cookies and logs to analyze website usage; an extremely small files that are stored on your computer and help us to provide you with a better experience by automatically recalling your preferences each time you visit or use our Site. Cookies will not harm your computer in any way and can be deleted by you at any time whatsoever.
Profile
Following registration, Konzortia Capital users will be prompted to complete a profile. Current users can also make changes to their own user profile. A user profile may contain but is not limited to any information or statement of Users based on specific information requested by Konzortia Capital in order to fit the investment criteria of investors or projects using Konzortia Capital. You should use good judgment about the information that you post in your profile since this can be viewed by other User(s) on Konzortia Capital. Your personal contact information CANNOT be viewed unless you release this information (you have full control over the privacy of this section in the user profile). Additionally, the information in your profile can be edited at your discretion at any time.
Account Preferences
You may make changes to your Konzortia Capital account and any associated preferences at any time. To make changes, you must log onto Konzortia Capital and make any edits through the My Account section. You may also request to delete your Konzortia Capital account. Abuse
By entering into our User Agreement, Konzortia Capital Users agree to not abuse other Users' personal information. Abuse is defined as using any User’s personal information for any purpose other than those explicitly specified in the Terms of Services (the “Terms of Services) or not related to fulfilling delivery of a product or service explicitly specified in the Terms of Services of Konzortia Capital.
Personal Data
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Konzortia Capital, and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed;
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of Konzortia Capital legitimate interest shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.
Konzortia Capital may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Konzortia Capital may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after retention's period expiration.

The right to know and to portability
You have the right to request that we disclose to you:
